Cosmo 7K, 2012

We are excited to present our first “all girls run” to Vancouver. Ladies get ready for a fun filled day with running, your girlfriends and a Cosmo! This race will start at the beautiful Fort Vancouver National Park. The course if a perfect 7K run/walk (4.35 miles). After your beautiful summer run stay and enjoy a tasty Cosmo, plus there is a Flip Flops and Lemon Drops event at the end! This is the second year the Fort Vancouver Trust has organized this events. Music, Entertainment Food & Fun!

Flip Flops & Lemon Drops Kick-off those heels and throw on your flip-flops for a run-filled, casual night out with the girls! We’ll supply the fun and the flip-flops . . . all we need is you! After running the Cosmo 7K, come enjoy a Lemon Drop at our ladies’ night out held in conjunction with the popular “Suits and a Keg.” You’ll savor Beaches’ finest hor d’oeuvres, you’ll boogie to “can’t sit still” tunes, and you’ll delight in the company of Vancouver’s most entertaining ladies! This is a night you won’t want to miss!
