MISSION: "The Vancouver Rotary Foundation was established in 1972 in order to fund the numerous community projects that we support. The Foundation is operated exclusively for charitable, cultural, and educational purposes, with a primary focus on fostering, developing, promoting and encouraging the health, education and general welfare of children, youth and young adults in Southwest Washington. Since the Foundation was established we have given over $2.5 million to charitable causes.
Funds from our largest community event, the Vancouver Rotary Festival of Trees, goes directly to the Vancouver Rotary Foundation. When combined with donations from members of the Vancouver Rotary Club, the success of this fundraiser has enabled the Club to expand grants to charitable causes. This includes between $50,000 and $83,000 per year for scholarships to Vancouver students, and numerous grants to local charitable organizations.

"We double your efforts to feed the hungry while you run!"
Energy Events will match every nonperishable food item you bring on race day and donate it to the Clark Country Food Bank. 500 participants with 1 can of food = 1,000 cans a food for the hungry. Please help us support our community by donating to the Clark County Food Bank.
